Dornak advises and represents companies in all aspects of employment litigation and labor arbitrations. Golden’s practice focuses on representing private and public employers in labor and employment matters, including litigation on wage and hour claims under the FLSA and Nevada laws, discrimination and harassment claims, non-compete and trade secrets matters, and unfair labor practice claims. He also advises employers on preventive measures and conducts trainings on labor and employment issues for management. Golden has substantial trial court experience, representing clients in federal and state court as well as before administrative agencies. He also has extensive appellate experience and has assisted clients in successfully settling disputes before litigation.
