Fisher & Phillips LLP Elects Anthony B. Golden to Partner

Las Vegas (January 5, 2015) – The Las Vegas office of Fisher & Phillips LLP announced that Anthony B. Golden was elected to partner. His promotion took effect Jan. 1. Across the firm, there are eight new partners.

Golden has worked in the Las Vegas office of Fisher & Phillips LLP since February 2010.

There, he represents public and private employers in appellate matters, employment discrimination and related litigation, labor management relations, unfair competition and trade secrets litigation, Family and Medical Leave Act issues, wage and hour law, and healthcare.

“Tony is a huge asset to our Las Vegas office and has continually demonstrated his commitment to our clients in need of employment and labor law expertise,” said Las Vegas Managing Partner Mark Ricciardi. “Tony’s knowledge of the law and deep involvement in the Las Vegas community is something from which our clients can benefit. His election to partner is well-deserved.”

Golden has a law degree from the University of San Diego, School of Law and an undergraduate degree from the University of Redlands. He is admitted to practice law in Nevada and California.

Golden has been selected for inclusion in Mountain States Super Lawyers Rising Stars from 2009 through 2014. He was also listed as one of the Top 200 Attorneys in Southern Nevada by Nevada Business Magazine’s Legal Elite and he is “AV” Peer Review Rated by Martindale-Hubbell. He’s also a member of the Las Vegas Metro Chamber of Commerce’s Business Council and on the boards of the Candlelighters Childhood Cancer Foundation of Nevada and the Southern Nevada Human Resource Association.
