Her current role as Director of Public Policy, Research and Analysis reflects her position as the firm’s primary policy analyst, reviewing legislation, regulations, and local government ordinances to ensure the firm provides the latest and most comprehensive information for its clients. In the years she has spent with The Ferraro Group, she has represented clients in a broad range of industries including gaming, technology, local government, health care, and utilities.
Ms. McGregor earned a B.A. in Psychology with a minor in Political Science from the University of Michigan in Ann Arbor in 2007, and earned a J.D. at the University of Alabama School of Law in 2010. During her studies there, she served as an editor for the Law & Psychology Review and served as a research assistant for the Honorable Joseph Colquitt. She worked for a brief time as a litigator in her native Michigan but has been very happy to put the skills she has developed through her education and experience to use in the policy sphere.
Ms. McGregor appeared on Jeopardy! in 2019. She lives with her husband and son in Sparks, where she enjoys spending her free time reading and watching figure skating.
