(Las Vegas) – Melissa L. Waite was recently announced as a shareholder for Jolley Urga Woodbury & Little. Ms. Waite recently held the title of partner.
Ms. Waite practices primarily in the areas of business and real estate transactions. She also focuses a significant part of her practice on business and privilege licensing, including liquor, gaming and medical marijuana establishment licensing.
In 2003, Ms. Waite graduated with magna cum laude honors from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology and minor in Economics. In 2007, she received a Master of Business Administration degree from the UNLV College of Business and a Juris Doctorate degree from the William S. Boyd School of Law at UNLV, graduating with cum laude honors.
Ms. Waite is an active member of the Boyd School of Law Dean’s Council and is a member of its Alumni Leadership Circle.
