Mark Hedges Assistant Project Manager for Grand Canyon Development Partners
(Las Vegas, NV) – Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based construction and real estate development and construction management company, has appointed Mark Hedges to the position of Assistant Project Manager. In his new role, Hedges will be responsible for coordinating all project-related tenant improvement activities, including project cost estimates, schedules and contract administration.
With more than 20 years of experience as an Assistant Property Manager, Hedges has assisted with opening multiple strip properties, such as the Paris Hotel, the Augustus Tower and the Colosseum at Caesars, and the Stratosphere. Prior to joining Grand Canyon Development Partners, he worked for Stratosphere Development, Colorado River Marina, and Harris Associates. Hedges’ ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while meeting every challenging deadline, and manage critical issues while working on multiple projects is an invaluable asset to the Grand Canyon Development Partners team.
Hedges earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting and International Management from Westminster College in Salt Lake City. He frequently volunteers with Dress for Success Las Vegas, a global non-profit organization that promotes the economic independence of women by providing professional attire, as well as the Kiwanis Club of Las Vegas.
