She is responsible for research and representing the interests of her clients to the Nevada legislature and Nevada’s regulatory bodies, and the multiple committees and conferences involving state government in the interim. Support to her clients includes research, strategy development, campaign involvement, constant monitoring of legislation and drafting bill and amendment language, presentation of position during committees and in private meetings.
Ms. Grimmer’s focus areas have been diverse; representing clients such as Cox Communications, Employers Insurance Group, United Health Care, Hertz, 3M, Nevada Resort Association, City of Las Vegas, Waste Management, North Vista Hospital, etc.
A native of Nevada, Ms. Grimmer received her B.A. in Political Science from UNLV in 1995. She currently resides in Las Vegas. She is also treasurer of the board for the Nevada Preservation Foundation.
