Nevada’s Largest Non-Profit Hospice, Nathan Adelson Hospice, Selected for Modern Healthcare’s ‘Best Places to Work’ for 2018

LAS VEGAS – May 24, 2018 – Nathan Adelson Hospice, Southern Nevada’s largest, oldest and only non-profit hospice, has once again been recognized nationally as one of the “Best Places to Work in Healthcare” for 2018. Chosen by Modern Healthcare, a top national healthcare business news publication, Nathan Adelson Hospice will be recognized at an awards gala on Sept. 27 in Dallas. This is the seventh time the hospice has received this notable honor.

The award is based upon results from an organization-wide Employee Engagement and Satisfaction Survey filled out by Nathan Adelson Hospice employees, as well as employee comments from open-ended questions. Results of the survey were compared to national benchmarking data to identify award winners.

“Receiving this recognition once again, especially during our fortieth year of caring for Southern Nevada, is a tremendous honor,” said Nathan Adelson Hospice President and CEO Carole Fisher. “It emphasizes how important it is for us to remain committed to excellence in the workplace, so we can continue to provide the legacy of trusted care our community values in our medical professionals, staff and volunteers.”
