As a director of The Ferraro Group’s Reno office, Dana Sullivan Kilroy’s responsibilities include client relations, content creation, media relations and business development.
Ms. Kilroy worked as a journalist for many years, writing for publications including The New York Times, The Wall Street Journal, The Los Angeles Times, Inc., Fast Company, Oprah and Outside.
Before joining The Ferraro Group, Ms. Kilroy co-founded Fior Partners, a public relations consultancy in Reno. Prior to Fior Partners, Ms. Kilroy was chief communications officer at ShortStack, a marketing SaaS platform based in Reno.
Ms. Kilroy serves as a board member for First Tee Northern Nevada, a youth-development organization. She has volunteered for many local organizations including the Nevada Museum of Art and the Food Bank of Northern Nevada. She also served as a letter-of-appointment lecturer at the University of Nevada’s Reynolds School of Journalism.
Ms. Kilroy has a B.A. in English literature from UCLA and an M.A. in Journalism from the University of Nevada, Reno.
