(Las Vegas) – Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based construction and real estate development management company, has appointed Cody Wingert to the position of project coordinator. In his new position, Wingert will be responsible for directing and organizing development project activities under the direction of the company’s project manager.
Before joining the Grand Canyon Development team, Wingert worked as district manager for ADP, LLC., in Irvine, Calif. He has also worked as a construction management intern on The Cosmopolitan of Las Vegas, where he was responsible for maintaining OSHA standards, identifying quality-control issues, and periodic testing of all electrical, mechanical, plumbing and HVAC systems.
Wingert earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Regional Development with minor degrees in Business and Sports Management from the University of Arizona in Tucson.
Wingert is a young leader member of the Urban Land Institute and a member of Delta Chi Fraternity, University of Arizona Chapter. He has also undergone leadership training with Simmons Group and Rapport Leadership International.
