(Las Vegas, NV) – Shawn Danoski, chief executive officer of Las Vegas-based DC Building Group, today announced the general contractor has completed a slew of projects in recent months, serving clients from industries including architecture, education and retail.
DC Building Group was contracted to handle tenant improvements at two new retail outlets at Downtown Summerlin. DC Building Group completed The Art of Shaving’s new store, the company’s second Las Vegas location built by DC, and Ethan Allen’s new 8,995-square-foot store. The two projects were valued at nearly $1 million.
DC Building Group has partnered with Design Cell Architecture on several projects. When Design Cell was ready to build out its own offices at 1725 Village Center Circle, the firm contracted with DC Building Group. The $150,000 project was completed in early 2015.
Finally, The International School of Hospitality contracted with DC Building Group to handle the expansion of its 6,700-square-foot campus at 3632 E. Sunset Road. The first phase of the project was valued at $545,000.
