Nicole Williams of Grand Canyon Development Partners
(Las Vegas) – Grand Canyon Development Partners, a Las Vegas-based construction and real estate development and construction management company, has promoted Nicole Williams to project manager of tenant services. She previously served as a project and tenant coordinator. In her new position, Williams will be overseeing the tenant services division that assists retail and food and beverage operators in the design, permitting, licensing and build-out of their retail space.
Prior to joining Grand Canyon Development Partners, Williams served as regional manager and operations manager for major retail holding companies throughout the west coast and Hawaii.
Williams holds a business degree and minor in marketing from Höhere Handelsschule in Dortmund, Germany.
