On Saturday, Jan. 29, Smith’s Food & Drug opened a new $24 million Smith’s Marketplace store at Cadence Village Center in Henderson. Executives from Smith’s Marketplace (Smith’s Food & Drug Stores), Cadence in Henderson, Clark County Commission Chairman Jim Gibson and Gerri Schroder from Congresswoman Susie Lee celebrated with a ceremonial ribbon cutting before welcoming shoppers.
