The Ferraro Group recently teamed up with the Call to Action Foundation to host a groundbreaking event for The Afton at Sparks Marina, an affordable senior housing project in Sparks, Nevada. This much-needed community will deliver 142 homes for seniors aged 62 and older. Metcalf Builders will serve as the general contractor for this project.
